What thy did with mine is to take down a list of my medicines and doctors and find the best match with those in mind. And with AARP, you don't have to be a member. I'm not sure if they have any $0/month premiums elsewhere or not but this one just covers this tristate area, not nationwide. Do you get the Medicare and You book. It has a huge list, state by state, of plans available
