I don't think your history of seizures being noted would make any difference in the MRI read. The images you are seeing were not ignored by the radiologist. There must be a normal explanation for them.
I think you are causing yourself extra anxiety by focusing on the MRI.
Try to keep in mind that concussion injuries are usually microscopic. They are too small to show up on a normal MRI.
