Yes I did.
It's not like the the perceived chiropractic adjusting that some may have concerns about.
There are videos on youtube if you want to see how it is done..

I didn't go to a chiro that had all the high tech x rays and measuring tools.
The one I went to did a visual assessment and with my hx of horse falls and childhood sports and then did the leg length/ hip / evenness check to see how overall alignment was doing.

I feel it was very beneficial for me. He was the one that did the best work on my neck spasms and trigger points too, as well as the overall alignment issues.

my own little saying..


There is a local news anchor that I always wonder if she could use an upper cervical adjust... her jaw goes sideways a little bit when speaking, her eyes, & ear are not level to each side..

I'm still a little bit crooked ( eyes/ears, shoulders, hips) after 44 yrs I don't know if any adjusting can fix that many years of misalignment, but not as much as pre adjustment.
