Sorry for your pain, and yes yes yes. I actually had a lot of atrophy very soon after RSD 1st started 25 plus yrs ago. I was shocked how fast muscle wasted away having worked out my whole life.

I have multiple issues that cause muscle pain but I have not found much I can take that works. Muscle relaxers can be helpful to many people. I started using a TENS unit on other parts of my body for muscle pain and it seems to help a little. I do not use it on my RSD sites as it jacks up my nerves but I wish you luck. Do you take supplements? Have you tried magnesium? that might help a little.
