What did you mean by "I am NOT getting a painful engg" ? I've never heard of an engg. Did you mean eeg or emg. I've had an emg, they are not painful, just a bit uncomfortable. An eeg is not a problem at all.

I wonder if your tremors could be a withdrawal from the meds you are taking. You need a physician to review the meds you are taking, or at least a pharmacist.
