Costco typically has the lowest retail prices in the US.
You don't have to be a member to use their pharmacy.

But you should get a prior authorization from your doctor and submit to the insurance company...often they will approve things on a case by case basis this way. No guarantees, but usually this works. Your doctor's office would do this, and fax the pertinent information to them. Contact your insurance and see if they offer this function.
