It's been a while since i came on the forum to give an an update on my condition with my treatment of Global postural reeducation. I have a huge improuvement in the last 5 months. My condition is minimum 40% better since I do my treatments every week. I also see a chiropractor who is specialist with neurology. Other chiro where making my condition worse.
Honestly I hope that more people will be able to have access to a RPG because it's definitely one of the best if it's not in my opinion the best treatment using conservative method. At the speed how my recovry is going, if it continues like this my surgeon would think I would be able to play golf again in September and he is convinced that if I stay very disciplined I would be able to jump on my bike again cycling in 2015! Wow, not even nine months ago I had terrible pain in my hands, arm and shoulders when i was writing for more than 10 minutes and and it was like that for years and years!
Anyway I hope that more people will be able to have more information about GPR (Global Postural Re-Education) because as a conservative method I am convinced this is the best treatment that exists after trying soo much other differant treatment and soo much monney!! One thing is sure, my surgeon don't want to see me on the table to have a second rib resection!! He beleive i can comback near to where i was 8 or 10 years ago when i had no symptom but he is clear with me, im gonna have to do my exercises pretty much every day for lots of years even may be for the rest of my life and i always have to work on my posture and listen my RPG more than well but it worth!!
