There is lots in Europe, lots in Quebec Canada and there is a few in every big town in Canada but in the States they are rare. Basically they are physio but they do more studying about the humain body to know what is the perfect posture of the humain body. Streches was the worse thing ever for me and there is pretty much no streches with that technic. If there is some we are talking about few pounds streches, may be 5 pounds streches and not much, may be maximum 5% of any seence of 60 or 70 minutes each. Anyway like i said basically they are physio so ask any physio if you have one and make sure it's a good one to see if they heard about that. And i am sorry if i hurts some peapole but stop using your freaking computer and go walk!! Helping me soo much. I was using it 5 or 10 a day they 10 or 15 then more slowly. now probably 30 minutes 2 or 3 times a day but not more than that for now. Ill see in a few months. Discipline is the key!!
