You ask about treatment for internal temors and vivid dreams. The treatment for someone experiencing these because of trauma could well be quite different from someone with these problems because of Parkinsons. For us there is a complex interplay between the condition and the treatment and it can be very difficult to work out what is causing which symptom (or side effect). Sometimes it is the condition, sometimes the treatment. Vivid dreams can be caused by either the PD or drug treatment or both.
