Only an ophthalmologist can determine if you have a problem and what can be done about it.
Floaters are very common with PCS. They do not actually increase with PCS. Instead, the brain loses its ability to ignore them so they appear to have increased. Most floaters are dirt in your tears. A good eye wash with drops could help wash them out.
Do they move when you blink or change the direction of your gaze ?
