In the episode, the woman got up and got things off of the shelves without looking disabled. She also asked others for help.
Those of us with MS never know when sxs will kick in. I use my parking placard when grocery shopping because I never know what my condition will be when I am finished--it is sometimes difficult to even walk to my car after shopping.
