The other route is medication, I personally tried melatonin which only worked for a couple of days but it showed me that medicine could work. I would talk to your doctor about it, there are medicines that don't knock you out that can help, it wont stop you from waking up but could decrease the amount of times and eventually help you sleep through the night.
thanks. it has been happening for years and I am justatwits end. seeing new neurologist and hoping for a miracle. had an acquired brain injury as well as concussion. I'm in a lot of trouble lol
