An important issue is how much acetaminophen you have in your system. Nyquil has acetaminophen. Different versions of Nyquil have different doses of acetaminophen. Check the label. Just be sure you are not taking too much of it.
The max dose of acetaminophen is about 1000 mgs every 8 hours
