Thanks so much everyone! I have bilateral neurogenic TOS and have tried physical therapy for four months now with no relief - it has actually made things worse. I have also had Botox to scalenes and pec minor with minimal relief. At this point I can't work or even hold my one year old son. I met with Dr. Donahue and he did a ct scan that showed elongated transverse processes of c7 and said that this anatomical abnormality would make it unlikely that I would improve with conservative therapy esp since I have already tried it. I am waiting to hear on a surgery date.

I was hoping for those who have had surgery with Dr. Donahue if I could talk to you. I am terrified of the surgery but at this point I don't have many options as I am running out of time to return to work and this has caused severe marital strain. I have read the forum posts about Dr. Donahue but hearing from someone would be deeply appreciated and so helpful. Thank you so much!
