Same here! BC of glaucoma I have to be careful what I take...and at the onset of a migraine I take Excedrin and rush to a BK for a frozen coke to sip. The combo of caffeine, asprin and cold seems to work. AND add a pack of frozen peas to hold over right eye/jaw. Mine tend to be right sided.

Fortunately getting older ( think 50 and add some ) has lessened the amount of headaches. In my 40s I seemed to average about 12 a month...many three days at a time. SOooo glad I can relate to them in the past tense.
