Dr. Joshua Prager does take worker's comp insurance patients. He has been successful in getting wc to pay for some of them. He does a trial of 3 days and then if the patient shows benefit and doesn't have side effects he recommends 10 consecutive days.
Unfortunately most wc insurance will not pay for ketamine.
