We all understand how you feel, I also had the worst headaches, nothing stopped them, I was also very, very active before and it is extremely hard to get up and not be able to do anything.

It all takes time, I tried to get physically active way too soon and suffered a lot for it, a huge mistake.

Got to take it easy that's for sure, your brain has to heal, 10 weeks, even though it feels a long time, is really not.
