I also have multi level neural foraminal stenosis. My symptoms are neck pain, shoulder pain and arm pain. I also get headaches often. My arms feel tired most of the time. It is hard for me to do overhead activities as my arms feel heavy. I have had three neuro consults with acdf with instrumentation as the recommended procedure. I have been putting it off for a few years but I can't wait to much longer as I am getting worse. let me know if I can help
