I am sorry for your suffering. I still think that fibromyalgiadiagnosis given to a brain injured person is just a way of saying they can't see the injury so here is a name for it. I am pretty sure all fibromyalgia incidents occur within the brain though from what I have read but I could be wrong. What else are you taking to combat the pain and do you have any other symptoms from your head injury
