Sue I am so sorry for the death in your family. It is so difficult to say a final goodby until I see you again.
There are somethings that help in sadness and loss. The Main thing that got me through is the forum friends. I only have my two Aunts closetomein age and my Moms younger brothers, theirolder ones...but they do not live close by. But on the forum, everyone shared their love and thoughts of support.
Keep the memories of your loved one alive, Keep something or pictures anything that reminds you of them close. Take all the hugs you are given, and give in return. Some days tears are gentle, some days I need a towel and other days the tears are of happy memories.
De's obituary had a link to a condolance book; There is a link to pictures of her there,
It helped so much to receive the post from friends that cared about us.
There were 6 pages wuth 66 post of love, support and sympathy.
Everyday I go and read of the love,,,
The book can also be printed...when I am ready I will. If they have this for your family it is very healing...
This is De's.
