The middle link talks about monoclonal antibodies that target specific cells for destruction. Rituxan is a monoclonal antibody and it has proven to work very well for myasthenia gravis and Lambert Eaton Myasthenic Syndrome (LEMS). It targets the B cells which are thought to be responsible for manufacturing the attacking antibodies in these two diseases. I had it in December and am hoping to soon get it again.
