Yes, there is some curving at the lumbar spine, like a sideways S, I am told it's worse there than my cervicals!! I have 'hardware' in my future. Spine doc says I can thank my Mother for this (he is her Dr too).

Yes Jo, long ago I had some spine adjustment but it's not recommended for me anymore.

What I find interesting in this image is the rib 'stumps', it shows them clearly. Whenever someone questions why I am in pain or out of sorts or says "you look fine to me"... I'd like to show them this x-ray. I am considering a scar tissue clean-up in 1015. Dr Sanders says it could help.

Definitely looks squished down to me.

Have you ever tried upper cervical adjustment by expert chiro?
Upper cervical only adjusts the top 2 verts and is very gentle, you hardly know anything happened.
