Hey there,

Completely understand, 2 months is so recent and I know how I felt at that point, just wanted to be back to 100% but it takes time.

You must rest and take very good care of yourself, doing too much will set you back.

I was also very active before the concussion, love hiking/mountain climbing, I went to doing absolutely nothing and I tell you I sat and cried over it.

Don't attempt to do a lot, your brain has to heal, make sure you are eating well.

I remember the first time I attempted to go for a short walk, I felt beyond terrible and my head was exploding, didn't even get a block, it gets better though, just takes time unfortunately.

Take care of yourself, people here totally understand what you are going through and all the emotions you are feeling.
