I sure empathize with your pain and I'm so sorry it's been such a battle trying to find ketamine/lidocaine treatments.

I hope something will soon come through for you.
Here in the states it's getting harder and harder to get adequate pain relief do to strict DEA guidelines. Doctors take off running the other direction it seems.
