A fellow foodie too, I do the same thing. Close my eyes if eating something wonderful to taste it better. Anything coconut is good to me. Add chocolate and BLISS! Salted caramel...be still my heart. I had to close my eyes thinking about it.

I like your "couldn't care less" made me lol.

Cookies sound good. Baking was always one of my favorite hobbies and I'm glad I've learned to do it again. At the farmer's market I'm a vendor at, 4 booths down is a bakery that makes macarons which are naturally gluten free. I always indulge in one a week. It's heavenly. Today was salted caramel. I always close my eyes to better enjoy it, I probably look like some kind of freak. Which is really high on my list of couldn't care less.
