Hey, Angell.

If your swallowing is bad, hot foods can make it worse. Does it for you? It doesn't necessarily have that effect on everyone with MG.

There is a great way to avoid going out to the store, besides the grocery delivery route. You can buy freeze dried or dehydrated fruits and veggies in cans that last for 25 - 30 years! It's great for emergencies, such as power outages, too. You can also get cans of other foods as well, as a back up for when you can't go out (i.e., snow storms).

There are places such as The Ready Store and others where you can buy food storage. All you do for meals, for example, is to heat up water, put it in the food, and stir! It also cuts down on cooking when you're too weak to make a meal. You could always try a can or two to see if you like them. They have a variety of different foods. Saratoga Farm's brand tends to have fewer ingredients and not as much sodium as Mountain House.

You really do have to be creative when it comes to things like this. I hope this helps.
