Once again, thank you for your input. That is along the lines of what I was thinking. More of a very beginner type stretch (especially since head below heart is where the dizziness comes from.)

I guess more along the lines of warrior pose, plank, mountain pose and other light stretches. I've been in Savasana (flat on my back) for most of the last few days anyway. I definitely can't see doing any shoulder stands or plow poses for quite awhile.
