Default Neuropathy and methylenation link?

HI All,
I will be seeing a new doctor soon. I am trying to figure out the right questions to ask when I see her. I have demyelinating polyneuropathy . I did a nutrition/ metabolic panel which revealed a methylenation problem. After reading on this forum I began taking methy-b12 on an empty stomach for the past month or so to correct b12 which was around 300. I don't think it was low enough to be the cause of the acute neuropathy but it may have been a contributing factor. The panel revealed iron, D and riboflavin deficiency and many insufficiencies which I hope to have corrected. There appears to be a malabsorption problem of some sort. I have gone gluten free and low oxalate and have noticed some improvements. I am still getting relapses despite the changes. I do notice they are less and my recovery is much faster. I plan on asking for an organic acid test. Is there anything else I should ask for. I don't understand methyenation fully so if there are any articles or insight to help me understand I would appreciate a point in the right direction.
Thank you
