The author didn't even write 500 mcgs - he wrote TWICE, an IMPOSSIBLE dosage of 500 mgs! Thank you for sharing your thoughts! I appreciate it. Somebody needs to contact the publisher and let them know about this mistake. And . . .I wonder . . . is his 5mg of folic acid in the book, is that a typo to?
