Hey Bizi Its called a CPM machine....continuous....passive motion LOL (i think that is what the letters stand for)...... there is quite a bit of stuff out there about it. it basically moves your knee and helps you get your range of motion back.... I'm convinced this machine is why i'm doing as well as i am. i wear it at night and do it 2 or 3 hour while i sleep get in the recliner and ice usually sleep a couple hours then get back in the CPM" machine.
