Lightbulb

Everyone is different. There are over 100 causes for PN and people vary genetically.

A person with malabsorption issues or
The MTHFR mutation or pre-diabetes, or
Toxin induced PN, etc all vary in approach.

As far as "most common nutrient deficiencies"
They are;
Magnesium
Omega-3
B12
Folate (non methylators)
Vitamin D
Activated B6
Thiamin
Other B's in the complex
Zinc
Vitamin E
Others for specific people with specific chemistries

And that is only the most common nutrients.

The are many other things used as supplements
Like ALA, carnitine, Co-Q-10, which the body makes for itself
And might be needed if that fails for some
Reason.
