You do seem to be having a number of mishaps. "Clumsiness" isn't uncommon after TBI. For some of us, the injury impairs balance, vision, object recognition, etc... making us more vulnerable to tripping, bumping into things, etc...

If this persists, you might want to mention it to your doctor.
