it sounds crazy but just getting out of my sleep stupor makes the pain go away. Is there some part of the brain that can cause your pain while you are asleep but not when you are awake. That sounds ridiculous lol but I just don't understand it. are there any chemicals or hormones that are released while you are waking up that could cause pain and that stop surging through your body once you are fully awake
