My dizziness seems to happen mostly when walking or standing and I look quickly up/down/side. Sometimes for no reason at all I will be walking through the house and I notice I am moving to the left with every step. I don't get dizzy driving but I am careful not to move my neck quickly. I use my mirrors a lot! I still limit my driving distance though. I am not on specific meds for dizziness, however, it could be some of my meds too. Computer usage, intense concentration and loud/busy places make me dizzy (my musician's earplugs come in handy for this). Squatting down ends up with me falling over 90% of the time. I can relate but cannot pinpoint the cause. I am just at 1 year post-concussion.
