Lightbulb

Saturated fats thicken the blood and
Reduce circulation .

I'd get tested for MGUS. This is bone
marrow problem where too many peptide
Antibodies are made and they clog
the blood making it too thick--- add to this
a high fat diet and your extremities
Will suffer.

Stay hydrated well, avoid high fat intake and
sugar, and take fish oil to help lower triglycerides
which also thicken the blood.

I think some advanced testing would be
a good idea for you.
