A study was done on normal volunteers not too
Long ago.. They were fed a high fat meal and
Blood was taken at intervals for several hours.

The viscosity of those samples was increased
For several hours ... and the recommendations
We're that this was not healthy and could
Contribute to vascular problems.

I cannot search and link easily on this
Little iPhone that I am using on vacation.

But you can search MGUS and
Monoclonal gammonopathies yourself.

Often nerve dysfunctions are the first
Signs of these disorders.

There is no real treatment for them yet
but some do evolve into multiple myeloma
overtime. All one can do for MGUS is try
To attend to dietary control of fats and
sugar and stay hydrated. Things like fish
oil may help too.

You can Google "high fat intake increases
blood viscosity"

It would be important to have this ruled out
So you could focus on other causes.
Pre-diabetic PN is also very common.
