My daughter tried biofeedback for her PCS headaches and fatigue, but she found it difficult because it involved intense concentration. She is showing some degree of improvement with 75 mg Effexor (Elavil didn't do it for her) to help with neurogenesis. She had one acupuncture session and the acupuncturist taught her deep breathing (slowly, into the abdomen) and she's been feeling better. She has another acupuncture session scheduled in a few days.
