I came to update this thread and now see that I did not reply to your question. Sorry Jon! I use both CBD and CBD/THC in a ratio of 1:1. I need to update the CBD thread as well.

Since I cannot travel with either product and have not experienced positive results with Lyrica or Gabapentin, I suffer when I travel. At one time, my doctor and I discussed the Fentanyl patch but I do not need 24/7 narcotics and Mrs D advised against it which was all I needed to want to avoid it. Since then, my doctor gave me a low dose of Percocet for travel. I do know about the risks of addition and tolerance but it works.
