That showed that I needed to cut gluten and when I did all my issues went away. In the first year I would occasionally cheat and would get sick nearly every time. Now if I accidentally get something I feel hung over/dizzy for at least a week.

I have no reason to think its Celiac disease other than this. I guess it could be gluten-intolerance but that doesn't change much for me.

I already avoid gluten, dairy, tree nuts, peanuts. Adding nightshades to that list makes eating nearly impossible but if I can get the feeling back in my fingers and toes it will be well worth it!
What I am suggesting is that perhaps your problem with certain foods is not related to the PN, and there is another issue involved. Just something to think about. Don't get so focused on the connection that you don't even consider other possibilities.

There are still plenty of fruits, vegetables, and non-gluten grains you can eat. I'm not say it will be easy, but doable. Spend your time on the produce isle.

You are talking B-12 (methylcobalamin), right? I forget if you mentioned that.
