yes that is a good number for the timing... tend to retain water around this time, so you might see couple pounds drop off over the next few days.

You have been really good with the alcohol. You seem to be consuming less of it when you do happen to have it.
I've read it's best to exercise after only a very light snack if that... something like juice or a banana at most, not a full meal.
I personally get tired after eating, and that is fairly common -- not sure but I believe it has to do with blood flow to the stomach. It is more noticeable after bigger meals.
