Your neurologist should be able to tell you exactly what this all means. I hope you have an appointment scheduled with them ASAP? They should absolutely spend time with you so that you completely understand what this means and take time to answer any questions you end up thinking of then and later about this.
I am absolutely not a Dr. or a medical professional but it sounds like the radiologist who interpreted this MRI believes there to be some damage visible.
You may want to get a second opinion for peace of mind.
