As for the B12, Vitamind D, and heat... funny enough, I had low B12 levels according to my last blood test (although not enough for an injection), and I've had low Vitamin D levels for a few years now. And the heat. Oh, the heat! It exacerbates my symptoms something awful. It doesn't help that I live in Florida, which is pretty much hot year-round. I'm actually a grad student at UF, and I have to walk at least a mile in the heat to teach one of the classes I teach for my assistantship, and by the time I arrive, my speech is slurred, my eye lids are droopy, and my voice is hoarse. I always worry my students think I'm drunk or high, ha. It would be nice if I could treat that somehow.
