Well he had me look at a computer screen for about 6 minutes and I had to make the screen go back to it's normal state. We were doing alpha waves.

Do you know I actually woke up today feeling much better then the past 2 days..
But unfortunately the neurofeedback session has worsened my perception disorder permanently. I believe I won't be going back again.
