True it's not a no sodium diet, just reducing to under 2g. But when you consider dry bread with nothing added to it is 95mg a slice, plain water is 9mg, it starts adding up quick.
8oz of whole milk has 120mg while skim milk goes up to 130-140 mg. Boneless skinless chicken breasts have sodium raw, eggs 65 mg a piece before cooking.... Honestly I don't thinks its possible to do a no sodium diet, it's everywhere!
But at least salt isn't my favorite flavor, second favorite... But told hubby if the docs ever tell me no sugar, or low sugar....my tombstone will say: "A sweeter death there never was..."
