I did not file an appeal with the LTD company. I didn't even know that I could. All I was told was what I posted. Every time I have talked to the representative there that us all she says... basically it seems like she us saying sorry about your luck, but not my problem.

They are all over me about giving them basically all my back pay that they consider there's. I haven't even got anything yet!
