Sorry for delayed response. Neurofeedback is where they put electronic magnets and try to shift your brainwaves/thoughts.

My experience is 50/50. For some it works and others not.

As far as TInnitus you might want to get an Otoacoustic Emissions test to check your haircells and see if they were damaged during your injury.
