What kind of work do you do? Do you have FMLA at your office? If so, if you have a doctors note, they can not force you to go back. Do you have short term disability? Same thing as above.

Hey sarah, in regards to the Short term disability, i'm pretty sure after doing some research that in NY every company has to offer it. Also, which would be better for me, doing FMLA or Short term disability?
