Wow, that's a lot to take on at once. I cannot take the oral progesterone. It caused my feet to ache. At first I thought it was just a coincidence but after the third night, it was getting worse so I stopped. The aches were most noticeable upon waking. Once I stopped it, it all cleared up.
I switched to the cream and started at a very low dose and worked up. Too much of it at once causes problems for me. My doc was perplexed because she never saw this kind of response. She loves the oral stuff and uses it.
Do you think the increase in synthroid plus the progesterone is suspect. Or just the Synth causing anxiety. Maybe try just the synth for the first week before adding in anything else. I don't think you have to do them all at once. DHEA and Pregnenolone are precursor to the estrogen, progesterone and testosterone.
I basically had no estrogen either but my doc started me off at a very low dose.
