Yes, it sounds like many shopping lists of Lyrica (and other typical) withdrawal symptoms, e.g.:

Looking back at your posts, you had been taking Lyrica for
three months when your doctor advised you to taper off of it. It's now been
FOUR months that you've been tapering—longer than you were taking it (at the time) to begin with. This is just an observation—not criticism or judgment—but it is a little disconcerting.
Just a couple of rhetorical questions.... Do you think it's about time to have a
SERIOUS discussion with your doctor(s) about this? If you think/feel this doctor isn't taking this/you seriously or isn't doing enough to help you, do you think it's time to make a change?

It's possible (as my wife's doctor explained symptoms she got after tapering off of an SSRI) that something else may have triggered the rhinitis any time during the past ~7 months, and the Lyrica was attenuating/masking those symptoms. Now that you're not taking (enough) Lyrica anymore, those symptoms are no longer being suppressed.
It's also possible (and likely, IMO) that these are ALL just temporary withdrawal symptoms, and will resolve—in time—as your body acclimates to
not having the Lyrica present.
