Yep, got the short form CDR and filled it out...sent it back the same day.
I cant remember how long ago, maybe a month or so ago. a few days ago I got a letter from SSA. Maybe if I just type what it says, maybe it will be easier to understand. You see I am kinda confused too LOL!!! The reason why I even asked here.
This is what is says.......

Then it just goes into the "Things to remember". Report changes etc.
So is that it? Or should I be wondering what is next?
